Breland can be somewhat of an enigma but his ceiling is as high as any defensive tackle in the country. You just don’t see many 6-5, 290 pound lineman with his frame and his ability to move. He’s a very athletic kid who can play inside or outside. He’s a naturally strong kid who shows toughness at the point of attack and can beat a tackle with his get-off and quickness off the edge. He’ll flash big play ability but consistent dominance is what we’ve been waiting on with Breland. You would love to see him impact the game more on a down to down basis then he has shown thus far. At the college level, if the Ducks coaches can keep his motivated and get him going and head coach Dan Lanning is a perfect coach for him, there is no doubt he has 1st round ability.
