About Athlete

Swanson is relatively new to football and didn’t play organized ball until his sophomore year. Former hooper/baseball player and avid surfer as well. Big bodied 6-4, 240 pounds who can run, has strong hands and does a nice job creating space and separation. Good straight line speed and has some wiggle to him as well. Not just a straight line guy, runs a good route and will give you something after the catch. A strong and willing blocker as well and the kind of every down tight end coaches covet these days. Could be an early impact player in college as a freshman before taking off on his LDS Mission following his freshman season.
